Accepting our Shadows
Over the last year, I have been diving deeper into my own shadow work in my journey to becoming a coach. Serving others in this way brings a great responsibility to continuously identify and heal the wounds within myself so that I am in integrity with the work that I do. I am deeply committed to this lifelong journey of healing not only myself but also doing what I can to heal the conscious collective.
Traveling to Zihuatanejo, MX
Traveling to different places is a spiritual experience. I believe that traveling is a key catalyst to our self-growth as humans, and that each trip we go on not only teaches us new things about other cultures and people, but it also teaches us where the work still is within ourselves. Every trip I choose to go on, I seek to be intentional about the reasons why I am going and what I hope to experience or learn. I’ve noticed that when I do this, my life is always shaped for the better even through the discomfort.
